It's Time To Change Lives

Each year thousands of Mt. Clemens area children face back to school and the cold of winter without supplies and clothing through the new year. According to the Ann E. Casey and The Skillman Foundation the number of children in poverty in the Detroit area is 36% area has risen within a two year period. 

Is there nothing we can do together to help? We think so!

The Khris Mapp Project is a Mt.Clemens based 501 (c) (3) non profit organization founded and established on the principles of charity, healing, and community.

Many of these children come from broken and low income homes and the KMP organization has become a source of inspiration and stability for them in their time of need. Yet, there is more work to be done and we are ready, willing, and able to do more and hope that you can help.

According to the Ann E. Casey and The Skillman Foundation the number of children living in poverty in the Detroit area has risen to more than 36% within a short two year period. Statistics like these continue to rise and without the support of donations and funding many more Mt. Clemens area children will continue to suffer and face worse challenges. While we have proven in these last three years that we are committed to improving the lives of youth, we want to be able to provide a safe and nurturing space that can incorporate resources, counseling, and training to help the youth that are part of the KMP community have a chance at a better life. We need your help to accomplish this goal.
