Full Circle

Lindsey Kurtz, executive director of Full Circle, a fully accredited charitable organization working in conjunction with the Grosse Pointe Public School System to provide opportunities for increased independence for special needs individuals within our community, told Grosse Pointe Rotarians at their Nov. 18 luncheon meeting about her organization's new location, thrift shop, community garden and efforts to create a commercial laundry in order to provide their adult students vocational opportunities. Kurtz, a Grosse Pointe North graduate and Rotary Scholarship recipient who returned to Grosse Pointe to head up Full Circle, was introduced by her former pastor, the Rev. Richard Yeager-Stiver, a Grosse Pointe Rotarian.
