On July 22nd, we welcomed Dr. Nathan Blackwell, a chiropractor at the Clairpointe Family Chiropractic.

Dr. Blackwell began his educational journey at Saginaw Valley State University before graduating from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2021. He joined Clairpointe Family Chiropractic in 2022, where he has dedicated his career to helping patients of all ages improve their spinal health, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they enjoy doing.

During his presentation, Dr. Blackwell emphasized the importance of staying active as we age. He shared that one in four adults over the age of 65 experiences a fall each year, making regular movement and exercise essential for maintaining strength, balance, and independence.

He encouraged everyone to find enjoyable ways to stay active whether its taking a walk, jogging, riding a bike, or playing pickle ball with friends. Simple forms of physical activity can significantly improve overall mobility, recovery, and support the overall health and well-being of your body. Dr. Blackwell's personal mission is to help patients improve their physical health in a positive, encouraging, and sustainable way.

He also highlighted that The Clairpointe Family Chiropractic,  focuses on improving movement, preventing injuries, and helping families achieve long-term wellness through personalized care. Services include regular chiropractic adjustments, pharmaceutical-grade nutritional supplements, Foot Levelers custom orthotics, and education for lifelong health and wellness. The team's goal is to restore health, inspire wellness, and empower patients with the knowledge and resources they need to live active, healthy lives.
